Manuka Honey is the unique gem of Aotearoa, and is harvested by bee's collecting honey from the nectar of the manuka flower (Leptospermum scoparium).

The recognition of Manuka Honey as a natural remedy dates back to the early 1900's. Since then it has been known and used for various antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. Some key benefits are that it:
